Pastor Rick Hays passion for working with youth began when he began volunteering to help out with the youth group at his church. He volunteered as the youth pastor at a local church for eighty years. He taught in the Southern IL area for a few years before beginning his ministry at Orchardville Church. After four years as the youth pastor there, he transitioned into Sr. Pastor in 2021. Rick is married to Sara, his partner in ministry, and they have a daughter Brylin. Their son Jaxon passed away on July 11th, 2022, at the age of 17. Rick knows ministry is his calling and his heart is for as many people as possible to come to know Jesus as their Savior & best friend. --
