Dear Brother Gary, Well it has been awhile since I have corresponded with you and for that I am truly sorry. I suppose I have been off and on with my contributions and following your ministry for close to (20) years. Although, I will have to admit lately more off than on; but you have been faithful and consistent with the monthly CD and for that I am thankful.
I am not highly educated, but for a number of years I felt impressed to write a book, which turned out to be more of an undertaking than I initially realized. Please find enclosed a copy of my book and because I appreciate and respect your opinion; I would humbly ask that you read it and let me know what you think. I have endeavored to write in a more conversational style in everyday language. It is not very long and I feel somewhat of an easy read. Also please find a long overdue contribution to your faithful ministry. I pray blessings on your efforts as you continue taking those next steps, whatever they may be. Looking forward to hearing from you! Ted Everett Ted, Is it really true what you hear in the pew? Great title for a great read. Enjoyed it very much and I am recommending it to our Lonesome Road family. Search Amazon, Barnes and Noble… For Ted Everett’s Great Book!!!

Hi Gary, God’s Grace is truly amazing! I too looked for answers at the bottom of a bottle and in bags of dope. This story, (Bus # 19) strikes home and I pray that anyone who hears it can understand that it doesn’t matter what you’ve done in your life, God’s love can transform and use the broken if you simply let Him in and accept that He does forgive all of those sins that weigh you down. He completely transformed and redeemed me, a walking miracle. We are all God’s miracles and He loves us, He wants to be with us. This story reminds me of my favorite poem, Footprints. When we are at our lowest He carries us. Shane
Shane, We agree with you one of our most powerful testimonies you will ever hear!!! You want to hear more check our website, or Lonesomeroadradio.com and now we are streaming Lonesome road TV on Global Media OTT!!!! Dear Lonesome Road Ministries, Thank you for sending me copies of Dr. David Gibbs CD’s I requested a long while ago. Such a blessing! Here is just a small check to help with postage and such. Please remove me from your mailing list. I just turned 84 and have been having some health issues. God bless Lucille
Lucille, you are in our prayers. Praying for your health issues. Thanks for passing on all the CD’s to OTHERS! “Hey this is Brandon Aaron Block county, Alabama. I just got one of your CD’S at the service station and I just want to tell you how much I appreciate what you're doing. I've got a radio program I do on Saturdays and I was looking through them and I saw where you had a Second Mile Christian, by Dr. Gibbs. I've listened to that before on YouTube what a powerful message, but anyway I got one of your CD’S that has got some testimonies on it. I just want to tell you Godspeed and keep up the good work God bless you…”
God bless you Brandon and would love to hear your radio program. Send me a link to give it a listen. Lonesome Road Ministry.
What a blessing to have a conversation with the Creator of such a blessed ministry. Gary Rayburns and my conversation only stayed within the leading power of our Lord. His being 20 plus years and the excitement of the Lord opening up new adventures such as his own TV Roku Channel . And myself trying to stay focused on the Lord's will for my Life and what he has for me with my desire to travel the country tells life stories of those in their last season as a Hospice Chaplain. I am taken back to the later verses of Acts 2 where the scriptures are clear. We are to love on one another and to do what is needed to care for fellow people of Faith. Gary and his ministry did, does, and continues to care for those who the Lord his calling into the kingdom. Blessings Gary and to who follow me. Look at the heart of this man at Lonesome Road Ministries. Blessings Chaplain/ Pastor John Wenderlein Chaplain John, Thank you for the kind words you shared with us and we look forward to the day we get to meet and share our stories with each other and many more via the radio, podcast word. God bless you and your ministry |
