3 Fold Cord Conference

Ecclesiastes 4:12  And if one prevails against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken. 
What If?  What if every Church and Ministry was to get together for one cause, wonder what we could all do together?  What if, what if all the Church*s and Ministries got together and decided to win Our City, Our County and the surrounding area for Jesus.  What if we put our denominations aside for one cause, one reason, to win our area for Jesus and to see souls saved, people healed, people changed.  What if  there was a way we could all work together and agree that people need Jesus in their lives?  I wonder what would happen to our homes, schools and our community.  It*s sad that it takes a tragedy like a devastating storm of some kind to get people to pull together.  The bible tells us a threefold cord is not easily broken.  Jesus said; *A house divided against itself will not stand.   Together we can withstand the storms that are headed our way, divided we will fall.  

Lonesome Road Ministries, Channel 21 Ministries and Trinity Assembly of God  will be holding our annual  Ministry conference at 1600 Saunders Ave Carmi, IL. at Trinity Assembly of God Church June 21,22,23 bringing in Ministries from all across America that we can learn from and work together with.  This is a free Conference beginning @ 6 pm Friday Night June 21 with  our  meet and greet and then James Payne will be with us Friday Night @ 7:30 for a powerful concert.  

Saturday the 22nd will will begin at 8 AM with a free Breakfast provided by Trinity Assembly of God Church and the 1st service will be at 10 AM and we will continue all day with testimonies, great music and maybe just a little bit of preaching.  We will also be providing a great lunch that day and it is all free.  
You will get to hear from many of your favorites you hear on the Lonesome Road CD's and Radio programs like Joe Arview, Bill Schell, Candy McMullen Michelle McMullen, Richard Coss, Jim and Ann Davenport, Sonshine Road, The McKay Project & others to be announced later.  

 We want to invite every Church and every Ministry to come and join with us and see how we can take back our communities.  We want to invite everyone who would like to see their community, their area changed for the better.  It's time to take the banners off our doors and band together to win our family, friends and neighbors.  We might not reach everyone, but what about the one's we do reach!    The Bible says  "One can put a thousand to flight, two can put ten thousand to flight."   There is nothing the devil fears more than Christians who are united. This means that his number one tactic is to bring disunity in the Church. If he can succeed, then the Church is crippled.  Jesus spoke about the power of agreement in Matthew 18:19: "Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven." Don't put any limitation on this Scripture.  Jesus says what He means. We can receive anything if we agree about it in prayer.

Change
Change, We are facing another big change in our Ministry here at Lonesome Road Ministries.  Trucks and Cars are coming out without CD players.  Computers are being made without CD drives.  We have  been doing Podcast for a few years now and we have a radio program that we do on several internet radio stations, along with several Fm radio stations and we can be heard on Sirrus/XM Radio Channel 146 on the Tim Ridley Show M-F  and The Dave Nemo show on Sunday Mornings.  We have our website where you can listen online or watch our programs   We will continue to send out our newsletters each month and you will have the option of sending us a message via email, text or phone call (we love hearing from our listeners) or you can use the envelope we send with our newsletters to drop us a line and request the monthly CD or more CD's to share with family, friends, and neighbors.  We really love getting letters to share in the Ole mail bag.  Our email, cell phone and mailing address can be found in the header of this newsletter.  We look forward to hearing from many of our listeners as we Refocus our Ministry into finding new ways to reach our family, friends & neighbors.
