Ignite...The Power of the Seed

​A TIME OF INCREASE
 Isaiah 54:2  *Enlarge the place of your tent, And let them stretch out the curtains of your dwellings; Do not spare; Lengthen your cords, And strengthen your stakes.                                                                                       God wants to pour out His favor and blessings beyond anything we could ever dream or imagine.  God is wanting each of us to go to the next level in our lives, Ministries and Churches.  We have to prepare to receive His favor and blessings.  We must increase our vision and our capacity to receive what God has for us.  
Remember the story in 2nd Kings Chapter 4 about the widow who cried out to the prophet Elisha?  Her Husband had died and the creditors were coming to enslave her family.  The prophet ask her what do you have in your house?  She replied nothing but a small bottle of Olive Oil.  The prophet told her to round up all the jars she could find go ask her friends and neighbors for jars and not to just ask for a few but gather all she can then fill the jars with the oil in the small bottle.   When they had finished doing what the Prophet said they had more than enough to pay their debts and to live a blessed and highly favored life.  
It*s time for us to go out and seek those containers and gather not just a few but as many as we can and let the Lord bless us beyond anything that we could ever dream, hope or imagine.  He wants to enlarge each one of us but we must enlarge our vision and efforts.  Just like the little boy with a few fish and a few loaves just a small lunch enough for a young lad. But when he placed it in the hands of the Master it became a miracle and was enough to feed thousands.  
If we think we have reached our limit then we will get stuck where we are, but if we continue to enlarge our vision of where God wants to take us we will continue to reach our family, friends, and neighbors.                                 When we enlarge our vision, God will pour out His favor not only on us but also to all those who we reach out to.            
 God wants us to have a life more abundantly so we need to increase our vision and gather as many containers as possible and let God fill them to overflowing.

 Lonesome Road Ministries has partnered with Channel 21 Ministries and we are working together not only putting chaplains in Trucks and equipping them with Lonesome Road CD'S and Bibles but we are also working on several radio programs around the country.  We can be heard 24/7 on our Lonesome Road podcast by logging on @ www.rigpodcast.podomatic.com and listen to over 100 different messages that we have podcast around the world.  We can also be heard Sunday Mornings @ 8 AM on www.inthecabradio.com and Darrell and I have been ask to be the very 1st Radio Chaplains for in the Cab Radio. ​

 On Monday mornings we are on www.campmeetingradio.com @ 10 AM this is a great Gospel Music station run by our buddy Greg Dodson.  Greg is a former over the road trucker so he knows what it is like for all you drivers out there on that Ole Lonesome Road.  He plays some of the best Christian Country Gospel Music you will ever hear.  Our newest radio program you can hear us on 91.7 in Heflin Al. every Saturday night at 9 pm.  You can also tune it in online at www.wpilfm.com and click on the listen now button and enjoy some of their great programming.  Vonda Easley has a great radio program on WPIL that everyone just loves called Strictly Southern with Vonda Easley: Friday 9AM - 11AM.  This month's CD is our radio program Lonesome Road Ministries Church on the Road where we like to get In the cab with the drivers and ride along with them for about an hour or so.  Hope you will be blessed by our program and remember Jesus Loves you and we do too, talk at you later. 

 Marcus & Tina Youngman are the Outreach directors at our home Church Trinity Assembly and they are leading by example.  They have placed a Cross and Lonesome Road Cd*s at the corner of their yard out by the highway.  Putting verse 23 in Luke Chapter 14 to work. Then the master said to the servant, *Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled. 
We are to be a light, shining the light of the Gospel message everywhere we go. It doesn*t matter if we are at Church, school, home, or work. We are to be witnesses to whosoever, whenever and wherever.  Hide it under a bushel, NO!  Let your light so shine, pointing OTHERS to Jesus!  Thank you Marcus & Tina for letting your Light so Shine!

We Are starting to make plans for our 6th 3 Fold Cord Conference which will take place this year at our new home Church Trinity Assembly of God @ 1600 Saunders Ave Carmi, IL. We are really excited about the opportunity for our Lonesome Road Family and Trinity Family to come together for the first time.  This will be the best conference yet!
