 2 Corinthians 9 12-13      
            
 The service you are offering helps God's people with their needs, but that is not all it does. It is also bringing more and more thanks to God.  This service is a proof of your faith, and people will praise God because of it. They will praise God that you freely share what you have with them and with all people. They will praise him to see you following the Good News about Christ that you openly accepted. They will praise God because you freely share with them and with all people.

October 19, 2020 twenty years after Lonesome Road Ministries began in the basement of our home God has given us a new place to plant this ministry.  It's because of the generosity of each and everyone of you who have sent in your donations that this new Church home is "Paid in Full."  In the words of Tony Mac, Who would have thunk it?  Your generosity has been overwhelming to my wife Linda & I and we want you all to know how thankful we are.  November 2020 is truly going to be a time of Thanksgiving for us.  We are so thrilled that God has called us to be the ones to serve Him in this capacity.  

I have also heard from so many of you about the plaques on the wall of the hallway. It seems that nobody wants their name on a plaque so I have had to rethink that idea.  All Glory goes to God so I will have one plaque made for all the Lonesome Road Ministries Church on the Road family, dedicating this Church to God.  To God be the Glory, He is worthy to be praised!

Who would have thunk it! twenty years ago when we made that 1st cassette tape that we would have over 2 million messages sent out all over the world. This ministry has evolved from cassette tapes to CD'S to DVD'S, Podcast and Radio programs.  We just recently picked up two new radio stations, Christian Country USA Radio Saturday & Sunday nights @ 11pm and Christian Voice Radio Friday & Saturday mornings @ 1 am.. Check out our website for the other great radio stations.   God has blessed us beyond anything we could have hoped or imagined!!  Let me end this with 2 Corinthians chapter 9 verse 15.Thanks be to God for His gift that is too wonderful to describe.  

This month we are shinning the spotlight on one of our newest chaplains, Tom Price.  I first meet Tom at the mid America truck show in 2014 or maybe 2015.  He came to the truck show because he was feeling led to be a trucker.  The first booth he came to was our booth and I knew there was something special about this big ole farm boy.  It was a setup!!   God sent him to our booth and we became good friends. Tom later showed up at our 3 Fold Cord Conference and got to meet Tony Mac and his life has never been the same since. 
Tom is sold out to Christ and God uses him to write songs and poem's.  Tom recently was our first overnight guest at our new home here at Lonesome Road Ministries as he spent the weekend helping us get moved in to our new location here @ 107 Sycamore St Keenes, IL. God spoke to Tom that weekend and he put it down in a poem; Here is what Tom wrote:

These new enlarged walls can talk - I heard them say - a great harvest is coming... but it's time to plant and pray!  Every time I enter that thank filled place... I could see lots of evidence of God's Love and great grace!  From the racks of CD'S - and Gary's heart and hands with machines that made them... I could hear more than a whisper again and again!  As the first overnight guest in the new Lonesome road home...  I felt my heart stirring - but sure did not feel alone!  As a train whistle blew at least 3 times in the night... it was like a Heavenly Trumpet call for prayer warriors to fight!  With the multitude of God's glory stories already recorded, loaded and ready to be given out... this ole farm boy just knows a great harvest is coming...  soon all truckers and other workers will have no doubt!! Just so others know... it's a joy to work when there's a heaven sent overflow... 30, 60, and beyond 100 fold...it's about time to be bold!!  Love you brother Gary and Linda too...Chaplain Tom Price
