Lonesome Road News!!!

 Hey friends we are excited about what God is doing with us in 2020.  We are getting ready for the Mid America Truck Show March 26,27,28 In Louisville, KY.  We will be located again this year in the West Wing booth number 68084.  We will be joined by the McKay Project and they will be singing in our booth and we will also debut our brand new Lonesome Road Vol # 3 Music CD for all you drivers out there on that ole Lonesome Road.  Also this year for the very 1st time Lonesome Road Ministries will have T- Shirts and hats in our booth.  So we hope you will stop and see us at the truck show this year.  

Lonesome Road Ministries along with the McKay project will be traveling this year so give us a call (618) 383-2107 if you would like for us to come to your Church or your event this year.  June 23 11 am, on a Tuesday morning  we will be at the Freedom Chapel @ the TA truck stop in Mt. Vernon, IL. along with the McKay Project. 

​We look forward to meeting a lot of you drivers this year.  June 26,27,28 is our 8th 3 Fold Cord Conference here in Carmi, IL. at the Trinity Assembly of God Church located at 1600 Saunders Ave.

We have a big lineup for the 3 days here at Trinity all of your favorites will be there along with some brand new friends will be joining us for the very first time here at our conference.  Last year James Payne was only able to be here for one night, but I got some good news for you all he has agreed to be here all 3 days this year.  So make your plans June 26, 27, 28 for an awesome weekend.

Just want to let you know and share with you all what God's been doing out here on that ole Lonesome Road.  God has been doing some amazing things this past year.  Sometimes I don't understand why but we just have to trust and obey.  Like Chaplain Gary Rayburn always say's obedience is the key to the next level.

D. L. Moody said the world is yet to see what God can do in and through and for man who is fully consecrated to Him.  By God's help I aim to be that man. Ephesians 6:10 says Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might (not our might.)  As we sign up with God to be His witness.  

We need to remember; (Iam) and (I am Not)
Here is some of the (I Am Not's)
I am not the light, I am not the answer
It's not about me, I am not the one who can save and transform.
Here is some of the (I Am's)
I Am only a witness,
I am just a witness to the light
I am the one with the responsibility & privilege of introducing the answer
I am to illuminate the path. 

Our job is to be a witness for the main attraction "Jesus" The Great I AM.
Please pray for me I will be going back to the prison ministry in March.  I have been doing Kairos prison ministry for 3 years now.  It is amazing to see how God works in the dark places and how He opens the inmates hearts.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone in June at the 3 Fold Cord Conference.  This journey I have been on since my 1st Conference I attended in 2016, it's been amazing.  No eye has seen, no ear has heard and no one's heart has imagined all the things that God has prepared for those who love Him.  God Bless, Talk at you later,
