This Month's CD Fof & Fop is all about Faith & Prayer and I want you to know how much I appreciate all of you that have been so faithful with your prayers & support.  I am sitting here reflecting on where God has brought us from the last 20 years.  It was the fall of 1999 that I heard God speak to me to start a tape ministry.  I struggled for almost a year until I finally surrendered to the call in October 2000 and stepped out in faith and began the tape ministry.  I thank God for calling me and I thank God for all the good people God has sent my way to help me in this ministry.  So many great folks, too numerous to mention all of you but you know who you are and the part you have played in making this ministry go all over the world.  I remember you constantly in my prayers.  Many I have got to meet and many I will meet some day soon, if not here, then for sure in heaven.                                                        

FOF & FOP are the two things that stop most Christian people from achieving what God has planned for their lives.  So I want to encourage you to take that step of faith and go for whatever God has laid on your heart.  What has God whispered to you to do for Him?  Go for it, take that giant leap of faith and go for it with all the passion that you have in your heart!   In 2nd Timothy Chapter 1 verse 6  Paul writes, for this reason I remind you to fan into flames the gift of God, which is yours by the laying on of hands, for God gave us a spirit not of fear and timidity but of power and love and self *control.  God has given us power and that power comes and live in us the moment we accept Jesus as our Savior.  We have the power of the Holy Spirit living in us.  We can do all things through Christ, He will give us the strength to do what it is He is calling us to do.                        
When God spoke to me to start a tape ministry back in 1999,  I thought I can*t do that I wouldn't even know where to begin.  I remember that fear coming over me of what if I fail.  We need to turn that coin over and think what if I succeed what will happen then.                                               
 God has a plan for our lives, a good plan to prosperous and to bless us if we will just step out in faith.  I am not ashamed of the testimony about what God has done in my life.  He saved me and called me, not because of what I could do but for what He could do through me.   I am convinced that He guides my every step until that day He comes for me.  Here am I Lord Use Me!!!

We are looking for original songs for the Road written by ordinary folks like you and me. 

This project will be produced by Mac Records Dennis McKay and recorded at Studio 115A in Columbus, MS. Send us your songs or just lyrics and you just might be on Vol # 4 Send all songs and lyric sheets to Lonesome Road Ministries P.O.Box 451 Wayne City, IL. 62895. Copies will not be returned so don't send us your only copy.

We will check them out and send them on to Dennis McKay and Dennis & Leslie will have the final say so on what songs will be on our Lonesome Road vol # 4 coming in 2022..

Let me introduce myself. At least for those that don't know me. Bruce Phelps here, one that kinda sorta helps a handful of ministries like Lonesome Road in the digital arena. Things like newsletters and websites. And dabling with ap building. Well actually I don't build any of these, I take something already there (like pre-built websites) and remodel it with pertinent content.

I was a 10th grade dropout, (thus the occasional misspelled words or poor grammar) before joining the service way back in 1973. Thank goodness for GOOGLE. There I got just a little more education. Oh but there is more... you can read my testimony at Voiceofbeliever.org.
